Terms of Service

The service

VowSnap lets event hosts collect photos and videos from guests directly into the host's own Google Drive via a shareable link and QR code. Guests upload without creating an account.

Your content

Uploaded files belong to the guests who took them and the hosts they were shared with. Files are stored in the host's Google Drive, not by VowSnap. Hosts are responsible for having consent to collect and display their guests' photos. We may remove access to albums used for unlawful content.

Payment

The premium unlock is a one-time payment per account, processed by Stripe. It removes the free-tier upload cap and unlocks premium features for all your albums. If the service fails to deliver what you paid for, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

Service limits

Storage capacity depends on the host's own Google Drive quota. The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it reliable on your event day but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of Google's or our infrastructure.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time; your files stay in your Drive. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
